Geoff’s obsession for post-it notes, highlighter pens and absent chips were the inspiration for his cake; not to mention his grumpy face and funny sayings.

This was a ‘I’m 30 and Fabulous cake’ made for my Birthday.

This cake was built up of 6 layers of moist chocolate cake, filled with chocolate and praline ganache. It really did taste as good as it looks!

This Alice in Wonderland cake was made for a 18th Champagne Birthday Party. I kept with a fun/vintage theme and changed the hair colour to match the birthday girl.

I made this birthday cake for a man who owns a wooden floor business. Apparently he is known for being a bit of a grumpy character so I thought it would be funny to make him looking angry at laying the floor boards!
