This is a two-day class over the weekend, Saturday the 6th and Sunday the 7th of April 2024.
You’ll learn how to cut, fill and ganache a cake and cover it with fondant getting those lovely sharp edges.
You’ll cover a dummy and learn about stacking cakes.
You’ll make sugar flowers and learn how to attach them to your cakes.
Sugar flowers: Davide Austin, Ranunculus, Berries and foliage.
Everything is included – Materials, equipment, refreshments and lunch.
What should I bring? Just Yourself and a notepad.
What will I take home?
You will go home with your creation, a certificate, course materials as well as new skills.
