What should I bring?

You will need to bring your own covered cake dummies. I personally think this cake would look best on:

7″ diameter x 6″ tall and 5″ diameter x 4″ tall, straight-edged round cake dummy. You can purchase these quite cheap at Vanilla Valley. You’ll need to cover the cake in a cream or coloured fondant. You will find it easier to work if the cake is on an 9” cake board.

Please note: You can purchase covered dummies for the class for £30, you’ll need to add the option to your basket.

What’s Included?
Materials other than cake dummies, equipment, hot lunch and refreshments are included.

What will I take home?
You will go home with your creation, certificate, course materials as well as new skills.
